My Korean school lunch: kimchi soybean sprout soup (김치콩나물국), sticky millet rice (수수찹쌀밥), smoked duck (훈제오리), garlic chives with fresh kimchi (부추겉절이), stir-fried zucchini and mushrooms (애호박버섯볶음), and an orange (오렌지).

    • Basic ingredients: soybean sprouts, water, soy sauce, salt, kimchi, and garlic. 

Sticky millet rice

Smoked duck

Garlic chives with fresh kimchi

    • Basic ingredients: chives and onions.
    • Seasoning: chili powder, garlic, sugar, plum extract, anchovy fish sauce, and sesame oil.

    • Basic ingredients: zucchini, salt, soy sauce, garlic, shiitake mushroom, black pepper, and sesame oil.
