My Korean school lunch: Japanese soybean paste soup (미소된장국), beef fried rice with vegetables (쇠고기채소볶음밥), relish hot dog (렐리쉬핫도그), cubed radish kimchi (깍두기), seasoned cucumber (오이지무침), and tangerine juice (감귤주스).

Japanese bean paste soup

    • Basic ingredients: soybean paste, water, tofu, enoki mushroom, chives, salt, and Katsuobushi.
