My Korean school lunch: octopus soup (연포탕), multigrain rice (잡곡밥), roasted seaweed (김구이), marinated beef (소불고기), seasoned stringy stonecrop (돌나물무침), white kimchi (백김치), and green grapes (청포도).

    • Basic ingredients: octopus, green onion, leek, garlic, radish, rice water, salt, and pepper.
