My Korean school lunch: radish with perilla seeds soup (무채들깨국), beef with soybean sprouts rice and seasoning sauce (쇠고기콩나물밥 & 양념장), chicken skewers with barbeque sauce (닭꼬치바베큐소스구이), roasted seaweed (구운김), and cabbage kimchi (배추김치).

Radish soup

    • Basic ingredients: radish, water, sesame oil, kelp stock, perilla powder, onion, green onion, and salt.
